Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in your local currency when we offer it — EUR, USD, CAD and GBP. You can switch the currency on this page, and you pay in the currency you choose at checkout.
Are taxes included?
Prices in EUR and GBP include VAT. Prices in USD and CAD exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your billing address. Businesses can add a VAT or GST number at checkout. There are no setup or hidden fees.
Do you charge per editor?
No per-seat pricing: editors are included in every plan (1 on Free, 2 on Starter, 3 on Pro and 10 on Agency). Reviewers who only view and comment are always free.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel online at any time — no call or email needed. Paid features stay active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the site moves to the free plan. Consumers in the EU and UK can also withdraw within 14 days of their first purchase.
